We have a wonderful local resource that allows teachers to shop for random items for free, once/month. (It’s called “Free2Teach”) I was able to get several rubber band loom systems and packets of assorted, and single color, rubber bands there. So my students can make bracelets, chokers, and rings using the string plus the rubber band looms. FYI — I have enough looms that I can let each company “rent” a loom for their class period then they have to give it back for another class to use during their class period.
Hi Lisa, I’m sure you’ve already gotten an answer but just in case someone else is looking, thought I’d answer.
I set out 1 pc plain copy paper per employee, a choice of 8 markers per company, 2 rulers and a pair of scissors per company. These materials will stay with the company at the end of class.
